This form is to be completed to nominate a Tri Sigma who wishes to receive a Golden Violet award and should not be a self-nomination.
- The Golden Violet honor is given only to those special Sigmas who have proven their vow of lifetime commitment through their friendship and steadfast love of our Sorority for 50 years, have been faithful and loyal, working for the advancement and perpetuation of our ideals, and have given service and financial support.
- A Sigma must be nominated and meet the qualifications in order to be granted this designation.
- Nominees must have paid National Alumnae Dues for 20 years or more, or be an Ever Forward Member.
- This form will be used to highlight your Golden Violet in upcoming editions of the Golden Glimpses.
- Be mindful of the photo uploading instructions at the end of this form.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
