The Positioned for Greatness Youth Program (P4GYP) focuses on:
1. College and career readiness
2. Financial literacy
3. Youth entrepreneurship
4. Leadership & Community service
2026 Season

The 2026 program begins on March 5, 2026 with our virtual orientation and ends August 2026 (final date is TBD) at our closing program celebration.

There will be both monthly virtual and in-person events/programming. A full schedule will be provided during orientation. Serving the following Maryland counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore (City and County), Charles, Prince George's, and Montgomery.

Program Deliverables

By the end of this 5-month program, students will:
- Be more self-aware of how they treat others
- Draft their college resume
- Learn how to search for and apply for scholarships
- Learn the true cost of a college education
- *Attend our School Choice Tour visiting local colleges/universities, trade schools, and community colleges
- Learn how to complete the FAFSA (high school)
- Learn interview etiquette skills
- Prepare a resume
- Participate in mock interviews
- Experience career/shadow day opportunities
- Learn the basics of starting a business
- Learn how to save, budget, invest, and use money wisely
- Engage in leadership, project management, and community service activities
- Earn service hours

*There is a separate cost to attend the School Choice Tour scheduled for April 2026 (tentativly April 9, 2026, but it will be during spring break) and the Youth Investment Summit.

Annual Materials Fee

The $75 materials fee helps to offset costs for activities, t-shirt, and other programmatic costs. Siblings receive a 50% discount. Register by 12/31/25 for a $10 discount!

Each student receives a Greatness is in my DNA t-shirt or you can upgrade for a hoodie at an additional cost. Parents can order online at www.ittakestwoinc.org/shop.
