RMA Agreement with Precision Distributing Inc.
NOTE: Any units older than 10 years will not be repaired, the manufacturer recommends the purchase of a new unit.

*Protocols for the Custom Care Units will be removed and not reprogrammed. The unit will be shipped back to you or your practitioner’s office for programming.

***Distributors Disclosure***
- Units older than 12 months are subject to and require a deposit of $120.00 upon receipt of the signed agreement, prior to the initiation of service. Deposits paid directly to Precision Distributing Inc. 1-800-218-3401. Or 360-693-5000.
- Deposit can be used as credit to purchaser’s account, repair or purchase of a new unit (if replacement is required).
- Any units not claimed within 90 days will be returned without repair and customer will be charged inspection/labor fee and shipping.

***Manufacturer’s Disclosure***
At Micro Current Technology, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality equipment to support their success. Please note that normal wear and tear on equipment and daily maintenance and cleaning have a huge impact on its performance over the course of its lifetime. The minimum projected life expectancy of microcurrent equipment is between 2 and 4 years.
Please note the following policies on equipment repairs:
- All repaired equipment is expected to pass the same quality checks as our new equipment, however we do not guarantee extended consistency of older equipment.
- The cost of repairs and labor made by our technicians are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping units to our facility, for repair, and return shipment to the customer’s location.
- We do our best to advise on repairs prior to arrival, however, there are instances where more repairs are necessary after full onsite assessment of the equipment.
- There are circumstances where a repair may not be advisable nor possible depending on many factors including but not limited to the age and condition of the equipment, and the availability of the parts.
