Job Description

CPUfixUP is a computer repair and sales and web design company in Washington, IN. We are currently looking to add one or two part time technicians to our fleet. Potential employees must be trustworthy, patient, and willing to do on-site repairs in customer’s homes or remotely as required.
- Customer Service
  Answering technology questions in a friendly helpful manner. Patience and understanding with our customers is a MUST. Make customers feel valued and respected at all times.
- Computer Diagnosis
  Must be able to thoroughly troubleshoot multiple device issues
- Virus Removal
  Removing Malicious, unwanted and annoying programs
- Computer Clean Up
  Running programs to correct registry errors, delete unneeded temp files, etc
- Computer Repair
  Both in-store and on-site (driving to customer’s home’s) Replacing hardware and helping customers with a variety of computer related things
- Web Design
  Designing and assisting in managing our clients’ websites
  HTML and Wordpress is a Plus
Certifications
Comptia A+ and Security+ certifications are prefered but not required.

Windows and Linux Knowledge and Certifications are a plus

Paygrade

Wages will be determined based on qualifications and will fall between $7.25 - $12.00/hour. We are a small company and do not currently provide benefits.
