  • Microsoft "Teams Connector" Activation

    Turns Microsoft Teams built-in softphone into a registered endpoint within the Skyswitch Cloud PBX.

  • What you get:

    The Teams user experiences the native dialpad in Teams and a Teams Application with advanced PBX integration features (softkeys, portals, notifications, starcodes, queueing, etc.) Use MS Teams and the Teams Connector for call center softphones with confidence!

    About Teams Connector:

    • It supports Microsoft Users and builds an (optional) Teams Application to emulate a registration on the PBX.
    • It has an automated setup in an easy-to-use portal with levels of management for the Enterprise (the company using Teams) and the Skyswitch Reseller/Service Provider.

    PLEASE NOTE: This feature requires the Microsoft "Phone System License" in order to operate. Contact Microsoft or your Authorized Microsoft Dealer for pricing.

  • CDR Export Activation

    Export CDR from the SkySwitch soft-switch to a designated FTP address for import into a third party billing platform.

  • One-Time Setup Cost - $250

  • MDR Export Activation

    Export MDR from the SkySwitch Messaging Platform to a designated FTP address for import into a third party billing platform.

  • One-Time Setup Cost - $100

  • BYOT "Bring Your Own Telco"

    This service activation engineers an interop of the Reseller's third party origination and termination carriers into their SkySwitch reseller instance.

  • Before you decide to BYOT with SkySwitch make sure you know what you are getting (and what you are not). 

    Please review the SkySwitch "docs" article for a list of services offered by SkySwtich, and how those services change when using BYOT for Inbound and/or Outbound:

    The following charges apply to BYOT services:

    • A one-time setup fee
    • Hourly professional service fees will also apply to support services associated with troubleshooting BYOT call processing problems on behalf of the reseller for Vendor issues. (e.g. Troubleshooting inbound call quality issues for resellers DIDs)

  • API Access Activation

    Configuration and setup of API token for Reseller to develop custom software within their SkySwitch Reseller account.

  • Archive Call Recording

    Configuration and setup of Reseller's AWS S3 account to Reseller's Skyswitch reseller instance for archiving call recordings.

  • Setup Cost, per request - $99

  • New Custom Dial Translation

    Configuration and setup of custom dial translation within Resellers account

  • The insertion of special custom dial translations per event is billed based on the allotted engineering minutes required for successful Setup, Insertion, and Testing. Please refer to the table below for the cost breakdown for the total time committed.

  • Voicemail Nag Activation

    Configuration and setup within Resellers DashManager

  • Skyswitch will activate a Voice Mail Notify feature whereby selected PBX users may be configured to receive repeated calls until all of their new voicemail messages are read. (i.e, either saved or deleted). The following are sample use cases for this feature:

    • PBX Users who are out of office may forward their calls to a dedicated PBX User who will be nagged with calls until all new voicemails are read.
    • A PBX User wants to get call reminders until he or she is able to read all voicemails.

  • Private Label Branding of ReachUC

    Full and complete private label branding of ReachUC mobile apps with App Store and Google Play.

  • What you get:

    Skyswitch will provide a complete branding of the ReachUC mobile applications. Some aspects of the configurations will remain ReachUC however, customer facing branding will be that of Reseller.

    Branding includes the following:

    • Buildout and integration of App Store presence with all content branded that of reseller.
    • Complete building and intergation of Google Play presence with all content branded that of reseller.
    • Management of all app submissions to associated stores for initial app approval and for all future app updates.
    • All ReachUC+ MRC's per Resellers executed contract apply.
    • Any brand modifications beyond the aforementioned will be subject to hourly Professional Services rates.

  • One-Time Setup Cost - $10,500

  • Skyswitch will provide a complete branding of the ReachUC WebRTC clients for both Mac and Windows. Some aspects of the configurations will remain ReachUC however, customer facing branding will be that of Reseller.

    Branding includes the following:

    • Branding and buildout of Windows WebRTC executable file.
    • Complete branding and building of Mac WebRTC DMG file.
    • All ReachUC+ MRC's per Resellers executed contract apply.
    • Any brand modifications beyond the aforementioned will be billed subject to hourly Professional Services rates.

  • One-Time Setup Cost - $4,500

  • The SMS Responder Bot is an enhanced version of the SMS Directory Bot. The application works with keywords. Upon receiving an SMS message with a specified keyword, the Responder Bot will send an automatic reply with a pre-configured message or picture. 

     

    SMS activation on DID is required.

  • Resellers are able to protect PBX users from spam calls by enabling the Nomorobo for Business connector.

    With Nomorobo for Business enabled, the system can detect potential spam calls to PBX extensions and fax machines, and provide you with the option to send the call directly to voicemail, hangup or just tag the Caller Name with a [Spam] prefix.
