On Call” requirements and expectations for Independent Contractors with aromomtherapy • One must text their availability to aromomtherapy by Sunday at 3pm and update the online calendar weekly • Being On call entails that you as a contractor are prepared to take an appointment anytime within the on call period. Kit and other supplies should be on your person and/or in your vehicle and communication devices should be readily available to receive notifications of appointments. You must respond within 10min of being contacted. • Massage therapists, nail technicians, aestheticians, and any contractor will be scheduled and required to report to a work request within 2 hrs of receiving a call or notification. 2 occurrences of being non-responsive to communication from the Management Team and/or being unavailable during the time-frame of the therapist submitting themselves as “on-call “is grounds for immediate dismissal as an aromomtherapy Contractor • aromomtherapy reserves the right to terminate any working agreement due to a subcontractors lack of responding to calls, texts, emails, and various notifications. • Failure to appear at a given appointment without notifying management will result in an immediate termination of your contract with aromomtherapy • Spa contractors should only give out business cards and information that come from aromomtherapy when working with a client of aromomtherapy. Contractors of aromomtherapy should never self promote their own businesses while working with an aromomtherapy client. (Please reference the non-compete agreement. All aromomtherapy Invoices are paid based on the completion of professional therapeutic services and sufficient submission of: CLIENT CONSENT FORM, Guest Service Survey Form, and properly completed Invoices.
