In order for Beach Occasions to host your wedding, we need all couples to read and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions found throughout our website, REGARDLESS of what Wedding Package or Decoration Service you choose.

I fully understand and comply with the Beach Occasions Lateness Policy found under the "Facts/Forms" section on the website.
I fully understand that my partner and I are completely responsible for applying, paying for, AND picking-up the MARRIAGE LICENSE ourselves BEFORE the ceremony date (as that is NOT a task that can be performed by Beach Occasions).

I fully understand that if I choose to bring my own flower petals to throw at the beach, they MUST be FRESH PETALS and can not be artificial in any way. I accept that my coordinator will not allow me to use artificial petals if I bring them.
