What does the Fine Art Track look like?
We will focus on exploring how to communicate through visual arts, with different mediums and subjects. Learning technique, practicing prophetic art, and collaborating with other creatives gives you the opportunity to expand your skills. Foundational art skills and theory is not the focus, but will briefly be touched.
During Tuesday and Friday track times, you can expect workshops, creative exercises, independent prep and work time for small and large projects.
You will present work in community events and a Creative Exhibtion

Who is this track for?
The fine art track is ideal for people who are passionate about co- creating with God, creative expression and exploration and want to use their artistic skills to make a difference.
What do you need to bring?
The Katedral Studio has many art supplies available for the fine art track to use. Part of your DTS fees go toward our Fine Art budget that will cover the cost of supplies used during your track time.
Supplies available include: Oil paints, acrylic, watercolour, various sized paper and canvas, pencils, pens, and colour pencils, easels and drawing boards ,various craft supplies, mixed media material (magazines, glitter, etc).
You are welcomed to bring personal supplies that you like to use in your free time, prefer to use yourself, or that you bring for outreach. It is not required, but encouraged to bring an iPad if you have one.
