Step 1: A proforma invoice will be issued based on the provided billing information and sent back to the provided email address. If you have chosen to make an online payment with credit card, you will receive an email with a secured link for the payment. If you have chosen to make a bank transfer, you will find the banking information below.
Step 2: The final invoice and the confirmation of your participation will be sent to the provided email address once the payment has been confirmed.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation and consequent refund are subject to the following conditions: 100% of the ticket cost is reimbursed if cancellation request is received before October 20th; 50% of the ticket cost is reimbursed if cancellation request is received between October 20th and November 10th. The ticket cost is not reimbursed if the cancellation request is received after November 10th.
