GIGS / EVENTS are generally venues below 250 capacity, including:-

Pubs;  Clubs;  Nightclubs;  Poetry / Spoken Word Events; Open Mic Events 

CONCERTS are generally venues of 250+ capacity, including:-

Universities / Colleges;  Arts Centres;  Civic Halls;  Theatres & Arenas and venues specifically designed for musical performances.

FESTIVALS are generally outdoor venues, sometimes across several stages

ALL CLAIMS MAY BE BACKDATED UP TO 12 MONTHS ONLY

No future dates accepted; please complete claim details as fully as possible.

Occasionally, additional information (such as Promoter's / Organiser's Name etc) may be required to process a claim and we will contact you if this is the case.

Not ALL Countries are eligible for claims, if the Country of performance is not listed then we cannot claim for "live" performances there.

Royalties can vary depending on performance duration and Headline / Support status.

No ADVANCES are possible for FOREIGN "live" claims.

All claims subject to local PRO discretion and procedures.

Foreign performance royalties usually arrive 9 - 36 months after the claim is submitted, depending on:

• The overseas PRO's payment schedule
• The venue paying their music licence to theregional PRO
• The promoter paying the regional PRO fee
