  • Master's Program Registration

  • New year, renewed opportunity for growth! 

    Our Master's programs works to improve overall strength, endurance, balance, and mobility; this year each of the 3x Master's programs will continue to work on overall fitness while having a specific seasonal-related focus:  

    1. 18-week Winter- Spring Program from January 6 - May 8, 2026 with a special focus on spatial awareness, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance (note: Good Friday, April 3, 2026 is off)

    2. 15-week Summer program from May 19 - Aug 28, 2026 with a special focus on mobility, core and contralateral stability and strength. 

    3.  15-week Fall program from Sept 8 - Dec 18, 2026 with a special focus on proper mucle recruitment and eccentric strengthening.

          • (*After payment there will be no further adjustments to the price or issue of any refunds of any kind for missed classes. You may email an appeal for a "reasonable" extension for any "in-person cancellation" of classes that you paid for, in guidance with unforeseen/foreseen circumstances including weather. Your appeal must be sent within 1 week of the cancellation of that class in question or you forfeit your right for an appeal. All appeals will be reviewed on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee you will be granted an extension despite following the appeal process. Note: Reimbursements will not be offered as stated above, only extensions.)
