We're re-vamping to bring your health to the next level!
Although all Master's programs work to improve overall strength, endurance, balance, and mobility; this year each of the 3x Master's Level 2 programs will continue to work on overall fitness while having a specific seasonal-related focus:
1. 20-week Winter- Spring Program from January 4 - May 18, 2024 with a special focus on balance, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
2. 12-week Summer program from June 4 - Aug 23, 2024 with a special focus on mobility, core and unilateral stability and strength.
3. 16-week Fall program from Sept 3 - Dec 20, 2024 with a special focus on total strength.
