GT Therapy Group, PLLC is a thriving private pay group practice in Austin and online anywhere in Texas. We specialize in family systems-informed relational therapy across the lifespan, as well as group therapy for children and teens. We work with parents & families of all ages, tweens & teens, emerging adults and adult individuals & couples. We are rooted in the family systems paradigm, and we value attachment-focused therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, LGBTQi+ knowledge & affirmation, healing-centered care, and cultural responsiveness. At GT, we center our continuing education and personal & professional development on better serving clients from historically marginalized communities. This includes anti-racism work and our own racial identity exploration, as well as anti-oppression work to continually grow in our representation, allyship, affirmation, and knowledge of our BIPOC clients, folx across the gender & sexuality spectrum, and clients of all bodies and abilities. In addition to better serve our community, we are actively working to grow our practice as a safer space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ therapists to call home.
