Due to the issues I had with the February half term, where parents booked on & did not cancel with enough notice or pay the deposit, I had to incur cancellation charges. Parents need to realise that these workshops are successful based on a minimum of 12 children and if they book & no longer need the space then I would appreciate as much notice as possible in advance, therefore on booking, I now require 40% of fees (£40.20) as a deposit. This is non refundable should you cancel 3 weeks prior to the workhsop starting. These fees will not leave your account until 4/5 days of completion of the DD mandate. The balance will be required 3 weeks before or the option to pay in full. All fees are fully refundable if for any reason, I have to cancel. Which I have never been foreced to do until February. I have always strived to work with parents for many years regarding payments, but now feel it is time to fall into line with all other clubs/activites when booked. I hope you understand. My fees are also very low in comparison with other providers of out of school activites.

We do not store any bank card details as we use GoCardless system. Therefore a new link will be sent 3 weeks prior to the workshop starting. Bank transfer is also an option.
