REFUND
Pro Type will not refund your full deposit resulting from our work having commenced by means of providing to you publishing consultation services prior to our receipt of your manuscript. We will assess the measure of work already provided to you prior to your request for a refund. A portion of your deposit along with a statement/letter will be sent to you on the premises of your deposit not being fully exhausted by our services already rendered.
In relation to you having received damaged books, Pro Type will not be held liable for the mishandling of your books while in the care of a courier or shipping company. Once we have been provided with proof of your books being damaged during the course of shipping by pictures sent via email, we will forward same to the courier or shipping company and file a claim on your behalf. If your book was damaged by the printing company, we would require at least two copies to be forwarded to us, one to be retained as proof and the other to be forwarded to the company for reprinting; should same be covered by the printing company's contract.
Once in receipt of whatever is provided to us on your behalf as compensation for your loss or damages suffered, we will forward same to you. There will be no further claims against Pro Type for damages/loss suffered to your shipment if the shipping, courier or printing company does not fully compensate the monetary value of your loss or damages suffered.
I have read the Terms of Service and fully understand the contents therein. By submitting this contract I am stating that I am in agreement with Pro Type's Terms of Service.
