If you are choosing to schedule now, you will receive a confirmation email within a few hours noting your appointment date, time & service, if we are able to accomodate your requests. If not, we will contact you with alternate dates. We always do our best to get our customers in as requested, but during the busiest times of the year we may book out 2+ weeks. We appreciate your patience!
For our "No Contact" service, if exterior screens come out from inside (tilt-in windows), then you must remove the screens and leave them under each window. We will clean them and leave them on the sill for you to reinstall.
Please give us a minimum of 24 hour notice before changing the type of service, rescheduling, or cancelling an appointment. All of these things impact our hard-working employees hours, and our profitability, so we really appreciate your cooperation. We do have a $50 reschedule fee and a $100 cancel fee for last minute changes.
