This online portal is no longer in use. During the weekend of November 9th, we are uploading into our new permitting system, Salesforce, all existing permits that were created in our old system.
Starting November 11, 2019, all activity on permits will now be done in Salesforce. In addition to master permits, this also applies to any change orders and sub-permits associated with master permits.
What do you need to do? If you haven’t already registered in Salesforce, please do so now by clicking on this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SFNewUser. You must be registered in Salesforce in order to complete the processing of your permit, e.g., receiving information about the status of the permit review process, requesting inspections.
