Entries now open in international science competition
The Big Science Competition is a 50 minutes multiple choice competition for science students. The competition tests critical thinking, problem-solving skills and science knowledge. The Big Science Competition has been running in Australian, New Zealand and Singapore schools since 2005. In 2013, over 46,000 students took part. Schools can choose how they compete in the Big Science Competition, with pen & paper formats available.
Benefits for students
Gain recognition. All students receive a certificate that recognises their achievement and a report detailing their performance. The results show students how they are performing against others in the competition.
Develop Skills. The competition tests problem solving and critical thinking skills which are really valuable for all school subjects, particularly senior science.

Deadline: 16th May 2019
Fee: HK$80/participant (HKASME member, please provide m’ship no.), HK$100/participant (Non-member). (Include administration fee, marking, and certificates).For more information visit www.hkasme.org
We could arrange the competition at your school for more than 100 students to participate.
