OUT OF RANGE ERROR - SOLUTION
If a student is getting the error message "Out of Range" please do the following, I have found that this may be a possible fix.
Do a hard shut down / turn off, clicking on the button that says shut down.
Let the chromebook rest for 60 seconds, then turn it back on. The machine should reach out and connect with the nearest Access Point
If the problem continues, please complete this workorder.
** If you send your Chromebook to the Office for Repair, please attach the Student's Name and what is wrong with it, for quicker service.
