If you are interested in membership at EBC, you must be a regular attender of EBC, and you must have completed our New Members Class. The new members class is new as of 2025. Beginning in October of 2025, this class will be a two-week class. Prior to 2025, the required class for membership was Discover Evergreen. New Members Classes are held each year in March and in October.

If you have attended one of these classes and would like become a member, please fill out and submit this application, which includes reading the EBC Declaration of Faith, the EBC Constitution and the EBC Membership Covenant and Membership Lifestyle Statement below. Married couples, please fill out an application for each of you.

A Pastor or one of the Elders will contact you to arrange a time to meet with you to review this important step. Afterward, upon recommendation of the Pastor or Elder you will be welcomed into the church by the congregation.
