Artist representatives and publicists wishing to obtain credentials to escort an artist in the CRS 2019 media room must review the following guidelines.
All artists must fulfill two requirements, one in the registrant category and one in the chart category.
Registrant requirement (must fulfill one):
Three (3) people from label, management or artist’s radio promotion team are registered for CRS 2019 through the Country Radio Broadcasters
Artist is self-registered for CRS 2019 through the Country Radio Broadcasters
Chart requirement (must fulfill one):
A career Top 10 single on any National Chart
A single on the Country airplay charts of R&R, Country Aircheck, or Music Row (Top 75) within the past year.
Participating sponsor affiliated artist guest
One (1) Day Pass or Artist Representative Laminate will be issued per artist. The pass is to be used by the representative accompanying the artist. This person must be with the artist at ALL-TIMES.

Do not entitle representatives access into panel discussions
Do not include meals
Do not allow entry into luncheon or dinner performances
Backstage Access: If you are a publicist representing an artist performing on a sponsor-affiliated luncheon or the New Faces of Country Music show and require needing backstage access, please contact Christy Walker-Watkins at email@example.com. A separate form of credential will be required for access. Please note that only (1) publicist per artist will be granted backstage access.
Deadline: Artist representatives and publicists wishing to obtain credentials to escort an artist in the CRS 2019 media room must review the following guidelines and submit the credential application no later than Friday, Jan. 4, 2019.
Confirmations: Confirmation letters regarding the status of registrations will be issued in mid-January. All decisions as to the status of your registration and credentials are final. Being credentialed for a previous CRS does not guarantee a credential for CRS 2019. We request that you do not schedule any advance on-site interviews until you have received confirmation of your approved credential.
Press List: Publicists representing artists that are approved to participate in the CRS pressroom will receive a confirmed list of approved media in mid-January. Only approved artists and credentialed journalists can conduct interviews in the press room. If you have scheduled an interview with a media outlet that is NOT credentialed by CRS, you will have to conduct the interview off-site.
Photography: Photos will be taken by the official CRS photographer will be made available upon request.
