Which position are you seeking with our Company? Reliable workers move up quickly in pay and responsibility. Each role requires a minimum one-day paid working interview to assess skills and fit:

Lead - 10 plus years wood floor refinishing experience (with 90 days, or more of gym floor experience/training). It can be a combination of wood floor refinishing and construction management experience. Must be able to lead a crew and perform all aspects of gym floor work. If you have no gym floor experience requires a minimum of 90 days of training ($33-$35/hour) based on experience/work ethic. Requires paid trial work week at $33/hour. All out of town (overnight) work add $2.00 per hour.Foreman - 15 plus years wood floor refinishing experience with a minimum of 1 year of gym floor refinishing experience. It can be a combination of wood floor refinishing and construction management experience (with one year of gym floor experience). Must be able to lead a crew and perform all aspects of gym floor work. If you have no gym floor experience requires 1 year minimum training, or more ($33-$40/hour) based on experience/work ethic. Requires paid trial work week at $35/hour. All out of town (overnight) work add $2.00 per hour.
