There will be no late registration available online, however late registration may be considered if the schedule allows. Late registrants may send their request to register for their selected events by email. A late fee of $5 will be charged on top of the regular registration fee. Competitors are to check-in at the Stewards Tent each day and the schedule may be subject to change. Please note: the order of play for solos and bands will be available on our website closer to the date of competition.

Band Competitions to commence following official opening ceremonies (which includes Massed Bands).
Band Competition Start: 2:00 pm
Event 5001 Grade 5 Bands March $250, $200, $100
Event 4001 Grade 4 Bands March Medley $350, $300, $200
Event 3001 Grade 3 Bands MSR $450, $400, $300
Event 2001 Grade 2 Bands MSR $550, $500, $400
Event 1001 Grade 1 Bands MSR $650, $600, $500
Event 621 Drum Fanfare: All grades – commences immediately after band competition - $100
Massed bands / closing ceremonies to follow band competition - scheduled for 4:30pm.

Please note: in order for bands to receive their full travel money allotment, they must attend the opening massed bands (Saturday), and both closing massed bands (Saturday and Sunday).
