This agreement between Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) Ontario Chapter and PARTNER (to be specified on Page 2) will confirm terms & conditions for sponsorship for the ASUG Chapter Meeting. 

As part of ASUG's privacy policy, we do not share our attendee lists. We are able to provide a list of participating companies. Sponsors are encouraged to bring a method to collect contact information from attendees for giveaways and follow up. Sponsorship is for the Chapter event and your presence for the entirety of the event is expected. All sponsorship personnel must register online prior to the event. If your company is presenting, the slide deck for the presentation is needed prior to the event to complete the agreement. Relationship Terms:

• ASUG will issue an Invoice and Payment Options upon receipt of this signed agreement
• PARTNER agrees to issue payment within 30 days of Invoice Date
• Failure to produce final payment will result in suspended sponsorship privileges for future meetings. 
• Sponsor agrees to the Chapter Sponsorship Guidelines
• Sponsor may not cancel this relationship after acceptance by ASUG Chapter except for breach of Agreement by ASUG Chapter.

Silver Table Only Sponsor: March 6 Event (USD $1,350):

• Formally recognized as a sponsor on meeting agendas and by Chapter Leadership during the meeting general session
• Vendor table at each Chapter meeting, as well as the opportunity to disseminate promotional materials at the Chapter event
  • May bring any table top displays or banners (up to 6 feet), table runners
  • Required giveaways can be up to the amount of $575 USD

Platinum Keynote Sponsor: Nov 14 Event (USD $3,500):

• Formally recognized as a sponsor on meeting agendas and by Chapter Leadership during the meeting general session
• One 30 minute keynote in the morning
• Vendor table at each Chapter meeting, as well as the opportunity to disseminate promotional materials at the Chapter event
  • May bring any table top displays or banners (up to 6 feet), table runners
  • Required giveaways can be up to the amount of $575 USD

2019 Diamond Annual Sponsor (USD $5,000):

• Formally recognized as a sponsor on meeting agendas and by Chapter Leadership during the meeting general session
• Vendor table at each Chapter meeting, as well as the opportunity to disseminate promotional materials at the Chapter event
  • May bring any table top displays or banners (up to 6 feet), table runners
  • Required giveaways can be up to the amount of $575 USD
• One session featuring a customer co-presenter as a part of a track during one Chapter meeting
• One sponsored hole and one foursome at the golf tournament

2019 Diamond Annual Sponsor + Keynote (USD $7,250):

• Formally recognized as a sponsor on meeting agendas and by Chapter Leadership during the meeting general session

By providing a digital signature, I hereby agree to serve as a sponsor at the aforementioned Chapter Meeting. I understand that payment will be expected within 30 days of the Invoice Date or 5 business days prior to the Chapter meeting event. Failure to comply with payment guidelines will result in the revocation of sponsorship.
