NOKIA together with Anista - Employee Benefits and Bupa Wellness are proud to offer all

NOKIA Employees access to a FREE Onsite Flu Vaccination.

1. For employees who are based at Pyrmont, Rhodes and Spring st. Melbourne, a free onsite flu vaccination is available.

Contractors who are members of the NOKIA Health Benefits Plan can also receive a FREE Onsite Flu Vaccination. Those who are not members of the NOKIA Health Plan will need to pay $20. An invoice will be sent to you by Anista for payment.

Promotion: Contractors who join the Health Plan via Bupa, will have their $20 refunded by Anista.

2. For employees not based at the above sites, Bupa Wellness will be offering a Flu Vaccination Voucher, through Terry White Chemmart (500 outlets across Australia).

3. Employees based in New Zealand or remote locations where there may not a Terry White Chemmart nearby, are entitled to an online reimbursement of up to $20 (after any Medicare Rebate).

Employees or eligible contractors# (#who are members of the NOKIA Health Plan) who are not based at a Pyrmont, Rhodes or Spring St. Melb, are eligible to request a Flu Vaccination Voucher.

For employees who are not based at the above sites or are not near a Terry White Chemmart you can now claim a reimbursement of up to $20 via Anista, proud Employee Benefits partner of NOKIA.

Flu Vaccinations must be administered by either a doctor or nurse in a medical centre/clinic or chemist.

Please note, there is only one Flu Vaccination claim per employee and reimbursements close Thursday 1st June 2017.
