Testing of the Iconic Productions online Roster System is now complete. All possible errors or issues have been documented and Iconic's Program Development Team are now working on the real APP and Online Program.
We remind you of the following items to be aware of:
- All Event Job Sheets are electronically submitted. If an error is made on your timesheet you will receive an email and your submission will be VOID. It is important that all fields are completed correctly as this will delay your payments.
- Fields listed as 24 hours, must be completed in a 24-hour format (military time). Incorrectly entering the wrong time will make the submission VOID and you will be required to complete a Late/Error Form that your Supervisor will provide you. This will delay your payments.
- If fields are not entered correctly it will result in a DELAY in processing your timesheet and your timesheet may be missed in the next pay cycle.
- All Staff and Contractors are now required to ensure that you complete your Event Time Sheet accurately.
- Notifications may be issued to you if non-compliant, however, this will delay your timesheet being processed.
- No longer will Event Supervisors be required to manually enter the Event Job Sheets or approve them.
- If you make an error then it will be your responsibility to reissue the Event Job TimeSheet. Duplicate entries will be made void and no reminder will be sent to you.
- We Remind you, your Event Job Sheet is a One TIME-SHEET per event/show/production needs to be completed by all EMPLOYEES, CAST/CREW STAFF and/or contractor.
- A new event management job sheet is to be completed for each new date; new account reference; a new company/organisation.
Simply complete the fields to ensure that you have adequately entered your Work Hours.
