    • To accommodate for upcoming holidays, please note that the cut off date for Christmas deliveries would be on December 2nd.. However, to allow sufficient time for production, we recommend placing orders as soon as possible to avoid unexpected delays due to high volume of orders during this time of the year.

      As global postal services continue to be unpredictable during the course of the ongoing pandemic, we ask for your kind understanding if any unforeseen circumstances arise due to sudden postal changes and once again suggest orders to be placed earlier in case shipping delays occur. Furthermore, for more efficient delivery, FedEx shipping is highly reccomended.

    • When will my order be processed?  
    • While we strive to process all orders the same day they are received, sometimes, this is just not possible. 1-2 days after your order is placed is typical. Orders received over the weekend and holidays will be processed the next business day. *Your order status will state "processing" until your order has actually shipped. 

      Since we try to processes all orders as quicly as possible to ensure they get to you as soon as they can it is advised that you make certain your order is as you would like it before payment, and if not get your request for change in as soon as possible. Once it's processed it is impossible to be changed or cancelled.

      Premium FedEx International Priority shipping - 3-8* business days are typical for production and delivery in 1 to 3* business days, next business day to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.  Reach major cities in Europe by 10:30 am typically in two business days. * Tracking included. +

Most orders take 3-5* business days to be produced and delivery in 1 to 3* business days, next business day to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.       We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Some items may ship separately.

    • About Printing  
    • Due to these items being made to order deviations can occur during printing and sewing and the items may differ slightly from the mock up images. Please contact us should any large deviations occur with your item so we can rectify the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Where Is My Shipping Notification?  
    • If you do not receive your shipping notification please check your junk mail for the email and your account. If you do not receive one within reasonable time to produce your item(s) please contact us. 

    • I'm an international customer & my order has not arrived yet.  
    • Our experiences show that Customs are the reason for over 90% of our international customers not receiving their order. We strongly suggest that you check with them and your local post office regularly. They will not deliver your order until the customs fees are paid. Such orders usually sit there for quite some time before being returned to as 'Unclaimed'.

    • What is this store's return and exchange policy?  
    • Should anything be unsatisfactory please let us know  here and we will do our best to sort it out.


      Clothing and Home Items - Most items can be returned or exchanged and only store credit is issued for the items price. (Tights  and bathing suits cannot be returned due to heath concerns). Shipping fees are non refundable. Buyer pays return shipping expense. The return of unworn/unwashed items must be recieved within 14 business days of reciept.       PLEASE make sure to read the size chart carefully before purchase.

      Canceling - If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed it is impossible to cancel.

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?  
    • All items ship world wide! Standard shipping is FREE!

    • Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?  
    • No, although it is the fastest way to pay, you can pay with a credit or debit card. Just go through the check out process and the last step will take you to PayPal. Underneath the sign in box there is a link "Pay with credit or debit card" click this link and fill out your information and you are good to go!

    • Are there any other fees I should be aware of?  
    • International orders may acquire additional costs due to duties, taxes and brokerage. These fees are charged by your government, and we cannot reimburse them or waive them.
