This application is for businesses that make or sell tacos and other food, beverages, or consumer products. If you are selling prepared food, you must pay for a temporary food license. If you are donating products, samples must 3oz. or less and you do not have to get a food permit.
As a vendor thousands of festival-goers will experience your products.
Options
Option 1: Sell anything besides tacos and pay $300. With electricity= $450
Option 2: Sell your TACOS and pay $300 for space and be reimbursed $2 for every taco token. You may also sell tacos at the price of $3/each. Requires a health license. No reimbursement for other types of food. With electricity= $450
Option 3: Donate 300+ tacos, no payment, no reimbursement

All vendors will receive:
- 1 Table and 8x8 space for non-food vendors, taco vendors get a 10x10 space
- Access to electricity (if PAID for)
- Space to place banner or other promotional materials
- $2 reimbursement per taco (if selling tacos)
- Promotion
- Opportunity to win PDX BEST TACO during competition.
We are asking you to keep it simple, one or two items. We encourage vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options to accommodate diverse regional eating preferences. We will be in touch 1-2 weeks before the event to gauge attendance numbers for product planning. Please bring all the necessary service ware, proper cold and hot storage. Please note this is an indoor event and no propane is allowed.
Food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors are required to have Insurance, appropriate marketing materials and comply with the health code regulations in Multnomah County and Oregon.
