It is not required to provide a photo for international instructor certification. However,it is recommended for Umpire and Reprints in order to keep an updated photo on your profile. If a new photo is not submitted, your current one will be used.
Photos must be under 200kb and be in jpeg or jpg format.
Photos should be of the head only (like a passport photo), and not below the shoulders. Doboks may or may not be worn.
If you are ordering a reprint due to changes to the name spelling/change of name or birthdate correction, you must upload a photo of a document with the correct information to send to ITF to make the correction. Team Canada members must use their passport to ensure their passport matches their ID card.
