Thank you for your interest in having your daughter participate in our Miss Ohio "Hearts of Ohio" Youth Mentoring Program! This program is designed for girls, ages 5 to 13, who are looking to improve upon skills that promote self-confidence, poise, and learn about community service.

We know she will have a fun and exciting time during Miss Ohio Week with our Miss and Teen Contestants.

Participate in the Miss Ohio Parade on Sunday, June 14, 2026 (must provide your own convertible or share with another Heart of Ohio)
Participate in a variety of fun activities (to be determined) with the Teen contestants throughout Miss Ohio week.
Be introduced on stage during the Miss Ohio's Teen Show on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Perform a choreographed dance routine onstage during the Miss Ohio's Teen Show, Friday, June 19th, and Miss Ohio Preliminaries, Wednesday, June 17th, Thursday, June 18th, and Saturday, June 20th.
Participate in the Miss Ohio Evening Wear production number during Miss Ohio Preliminaries and Finals, June 17-20th.
Have photo opportunities with our Miss Ohio's Teen 2026.
Of course, Hearts of Ohio will receive the official Crown and Sash!

There will be rehearsals at various times between Sunday, June 14th, and Saturday, June 20th. Hearts of Ohio are not required to stay in the Ashland/Mansfield area during the week, but are encouraged to do so!

Many businesses may be willing to sponsor your Heart of Ohio participation fee. Such sponsors (up to two) will be listed in the program book under her name and photo.

To register, a parent or guardian must submit the necessary information. Once we receive this registration form, we will send you a link to complete the required paperwork.

DEADLINE: Register by FRIDAY, APRIL 24th.

PARTICIPATION FEE

The fee for a first-time Heats of Ohio participant is $299, which includes an official Crown, Sash, and 2026 Year Pin.

Additional Biological Sisters (first time), Hearts of Ohio receive a $25 discount. The first sister's fee is $299 fee, the second is $274, the third is $274, etc.

If you are a returning participant from 2025, the fee is $249. You will use your existing crown from 2025 and receive a NEW Heat of Ohio Sash and 2026 Pin!

If you refer a NEW Hearts of Ohio participant, you will receive a $25 refund for each NEW participant. New participants are first-time Hearts of Ohio and must include your name or your daughter's name when they register.
