After you submit this section of the form, a member of CDOT Communications team will follow up with you in 2-3 business days to assist you with your project needs. If your project is already in the construction phase, please select "Next" below.
If you are managing a new construction project, you must complete this New Project Request Form (click link)
This form provides information needed for the Dialog account (project database), LaneAware (for traffic impact reporting), and for some elements of the project webpage.
When your project is complete, please complete the Project Off-Boarding Form (click link) to deactivate the Dialog and LaneAware Accounts and to archive your webpage. You may close your project, but leave the webpage open past the closing date. This option is available on the form.
Project Document Archives: All documents related to the project should either be uploaded to the webpage Assets folder, or a pdf/word version of each document should be sent to that region's Communications Manager with a request that they be filed with the other project documents. NOTE: All construction project-related documents are considered permanent records.
