In consideration for adopting a Fortunate Feral Barn Cat (s), I agree to the following conditions:

To provide the cat (s) with adequate shelter that is dry and draft free
To provide nutritious cat food daily, with adequate amount for each cat (Approx 1/2cup percat)
To provide fresh water daily
To provide veterinarian care if needed, FFR will provide traps and discounted vet services when/if needed
If for any reason, I can no longer keep the cat (s), I will contact FFR, which will arrange for a new home. In no event will I sell, give away or relocate the cats without FFR's permission
I will allow follow-up telephone calls from FFR and a follow-up visit if requested
I understand that a certain percentage of barn cats will not stay at their removing location. I agree to keep feeding for several weeks even if I do not see the cat (s), to determine whether they have actually left the area
If any provisions of this contract are broken, FFR has the right to trap the cats and take them back

By submitting this electronic contract, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree with the conditions. FFR will contact you to arrange a Barn site visit/meet to ensure an appropriate location for placement.
