GJCS PGP Form

This form is used for teachers to track their professional growth points for re-licensure. Teachers can submit this form multiple times a year after professional meetings or conferences. Teachers can also combine trainings into a group and submit with a total number of hours for that type of training during a given year. (i.e. 10 staff meetings @ 30 minutes each = 5 hours, submitted once at the end of the year)
