- Information Meeting: June 22nd, 2025 at 5PM for Mini, Little & Junior Miss Contestants AND 6:30PM for Teen & Miss CC Contestants. Mini, Little & Junior Miss Carbon County Pageant will be held August 14th, 2026. Miss Teen Carbon County & Miss Carbon County Pageants will be held August 15th, 2026.

Your $50 registration fee covers personal professional headshot, opening number outfit/shirt, teen fitness tank & snacks for the night of the pageant.

To be eligible to compete for MISS CARBON COUNTY you must be a High school senior and 17 years old on or before August 15th, 2026 and no older than 24 years of age on August 16th, 2025.

To be eligible to compete for MISS TEEN CARBON COUNTY you must be 13 years of age on or before August 15th, 2025 and no older than 17 years of age on August 15th, 2025. Cannot be a Senior in High School.

To be eligible for MINI, LITTLE & JUNIOR MISS CARBON COUNTY, you must be 4 years of age on or before the pageant date. Must not be older than 12 years of age as of August 14th, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

BECOMING A MISS CARBON COUNTY ORGANIZATION CONTESTANT IS A PRIVILEGE AND A GREAT RESPONSIBILITY. ONCE YOU BECOME A CONTESTANT YOU ARE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MISS CARBON COUNTY ORGANIZATION AND COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS A ROLE MODEL TO EVERYONE YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH.

WE WANT IT TO BE A POSITIVE AND MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. AS WELL AS, CREATE A YEAR OF SERVICE AND PERSONAL GROWTH FOR OUR CONTESTANTS & TITLEHOLDERS.

BEFORE YOU CAN BECOME A CONTESTANT THERE ARE CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.

-I will be to AT LEAST 5 Rehearsals before dress rehearsal. Dress rehearsal & Talent Rehearsal are also mandatory. We do have around 10 regular rehearsals. Becoming a contestant needs to be taken seriously. All of our committee, volunteers and your fellow contestants work hard to make this organization and pageant night great. If you cannot commit to at least 5 reahersals this organization is not for you. We do not have time to re-teach modeling patterns and choreography at each rehearsal. You should also be practing everything at home, especially if you miss a rehearsal. Role call will be taken at each rehearsal. If you fail to abide by this rule you will be asked to step down as a contestant.*

*The Miss Carbon County Organization reserves the right to disqualify any contestant or ask any royalty member to step down who in any way does not maintain the standards of the Miss Carbon County Brand or who does not represent Carbon County in a manner that has been established by the Miss Carbon County Organization Board.*

Should you not uphold this contract, the result will be contestant disqualification. You will also be ineligible to ever participate in the Miss Carbon County Organization Program. Once this contract is signed it is legally binding.
