Interscholastic Fee Request
This form is intended to notify BCS that your student plans to participate in interscholastic activities. BWA/BEC is setting aside funds to allow students to participate in interscholastic activities. Interscholastic activities are defined as those OSAA oversees and generally include: before/after school activities K-8, 9-12 after school sports, speech, band, and choir. The resident district will bill BWA/BEC- this form is intended to be sure BWA/BEC is aware of your participation and able to set aside funds. THIS IS NOT THE STUDENT ACTIVITIES REIMBURSEMENT FORM- Please be sure you are filling out the correct form. Thank you!
