Option 1: Pay full price and have no further obligation to the program.

Option 2: Pay 25% and pay back 40 hours of volunteer time to the program over a two year period.

"I understand that it is my responsibility to keep track of my payback hours and that all hours for payback must be approved by the 4-H office. Whenever I send a payback log to the 4-H office, I will receive an acknowledgment receipt, indicating the total amount of documented payback hours on file and the balance of hours to be completed.

If I fail to complete the 40 hours of payback within two years of my training, I will pay Chelan-Douglas 4-H for the total hours not completed at the rate of $12 per hour. My total liability may amount to “full price” if I fail to complete any of the payback hours."
