    Regions that wish to have new clubs included in the 2nd Semester 2024/25 Report (1 February 2025 Report) must charter the club no later than 31 January 2025.

    If you are completing this form later than 3 January 2025, the required 28 days' notice is not possible and the form will not allow the entry of charter dates before the end of January 2025.

    If an earlier charter date is preferred:

    1. Complete this form no later than 24 January 2025.
    2. Select a charter date at least 28 days from the date of application.
    3. Submit a request for an earlier date in the comments section at the end of this form, stating the requested charter date and reasons supporting the request.

  • Club Name

    Please state the name exactly as written in the club constitution and application form. Ensure the club name is identical (spelling, punctuation, etc) in all required documents.

  • Please make sure that the name is in conformity with the International Constitution, Article III, Section 1 and By-law 302:

    Each club shall be known by at least the name of the city and/or state or country in which it is located, provided that in a community having more than one club each club shall add appropriate identifying matter.

  • Young Member Clubs

    Clubs chartered in 2024/25, exclusively with club members aged between 18 and 30 years, shall be eligible for a 50% discount on international dues for the years 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27.

  • NOTE: All members who join the club within a 60-day period immediately following the date of receipt of the complete charter application in the International Office (which date becomes the official “charter application date”) will be accepted as charter members. All such names must be added to a new, blank copy of the roster template and forwarded to the International Office by e-mail before the termination date.

  • Each club must provide a valid email address that belongs to the club itself, rather than any individual. If your club does not currently have an appropriate email address, we recommend creating one using a popular service such as Gmail, Outlook, Naver, or Yahoo.

    The request is not guaranteed, exceptions may be made by the International Secretary General only in speical circumstances.
