To qualify as a general repair shop, you must regularly engage in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles which are neither owned, leased nor sold by your company. You must have been in business for at least one year with a minimum of four technicians and four service bays. You must purchase at least one-third of your parts directly from manufacturers. Redistribution of parts should be less than 50% of your total sales.
