  • COPYRIGHT (abbreviated)

    Please note: The copyright in all Photographic Works resulting from the Booking or Order remains the property of the Photographer.The Photographer does not accept commissions to create Photographic Works and will retain copyright of all work photographed.The standard terms override section 21(3) of the Copyright Act 1994.

    The Photographer grants the Client a non–exclusive Licence to use those parts of the Photographic Works selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the Photographic Works or any part of the Photographic Works.

    Photographing, photocopying, saving or screen shoots of prints or digital images without permission from the Photographer are in breach of the contract between Photographer and Client.

  • PAYMENT/DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

    WEDDINGS & EVENTS

    Due to the demands of wedding session and limited availability a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure a wedding date. The balance owing is payable 5 working days before the wedding or event date.

    * Wedding & Event deposits are non-refundable as per clause 10 in the AIPA standard terms of agreement.

    FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

    Full payment of a session fee secures a family shoot date.

    * Family shoot payments are non-refundable but transferable if 48 hours notice is received.

    Where the Client cancels or postpones a Booking appointment, the Client must
    pay, at the Photographer’s discretion, the amounts that have already been
    invoiced or are due as outlined on the Booking agreement, regardless of whether
    the appointment is attended or not.
