Developing Creative Skills Curricula in Europe
Why this survey, why you?

We are conducting research into skills gaps in the audio-visual and live performance sectors. This will inform the development of three new innovative transversal training courses for these sectors in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and the UK.

In particular we are looking at skills in the areas of:

A) arts management,

B) digital and new technologies,

C) cultural entrepreneurship.

A number of specific skills relating to these three areas have been identified from the first research phases.

We are piloting on two specific professions the sound manager and the film editor and also related roles.

Once all data has been collected, we aim to develop a detailed user-driven curriculum.
- The research will be completed by July 2017
- The curricula will be designed by February 2018 and piloted from October 2018 to February 2019.
- The finalized curricula will be delivered by April 2019.
