Registration and Deposit

Upon submission of this form for our review, you will be notified of approval within 5 days of receipt.

Once approved, you will be required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit which is applied toward your total tuition costs (it would only be refunded should a minimum number of students required to conduct the program not be met).

Please notify us if you wish to pay via credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added.

Teacher Training Fee Payment

Regular Fee: $3,150 plus tax.

Monthly Payment Plan: Please note the payment plan starts Sept 1st and is additional to the deposit to ensure sessions are paid for in advance throughout the program:

Deposit (due upon acceptance): $500.00

September 1 - $625.00
October 1      - $625.00
November 1 - $625.00
December 1 - $625.00
January 1      - $622.50

Once the training program commences, tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Attendance and Late Payment

A student will not be permitted to attend any session in which their payment is in arrears prior to the start of each session.

Missed Sessions

Students may arrange make-up time for missed sessions with the Program Teacher. Any costs associated with make-up time are additional and the full responsibility of the student.

Otherwise, one can contact fellow students to find out material covered, assignments due, etc. It is the student's sole and full responsibility to get caught up on material covered for missed sessions. NOTE: There are no refunds for missed sessions.

Certification

YogYam Yoga reserves the right to withhold certification for the following reasons:

- Payment owing is not be made on time and/or in full
- Missed sessions have not been rescheduled and attended
- Student is deemed to have not met the requirements of the teacher training
program
- Assignments and tests are not completed, or submitted on time, or
performed to the satisfaction of the Program Teacher.

PLEASE NOTE: If a student des not meet the requirements of the training and wishes to retake the written or practical exam (s), an addtional fee of $350.00 is required to be paid to retake said exam (s).

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TRAINING SESSIONS: Please note there is no recording allowed of any training session, in whole or in part. Doing so will lead to immediate removal from the program. Thank you.
