Terms and Conditions
Registration and Deposit
Upon submission of this form for our review, you will be notified of approval within 5 days of receipt.
Once approved, you will be required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit which is applied toward your total tuition costs (it would only be refunded should a minimum number of students required to conduct the program not be met).

Please notify us if you wish to pay via credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added.
Regular Fee: $3,150 plus tax.
Monthly Payment Plan: After the $500 deposit is paid, monthly instalments are due October 1 - June 1 ( nine payments). Based on the regular fee of $3,150 + tax = $3,622.50, the nine monthly instalments are $346.95 each.
Once the training program commences, tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Attendance and Late Payment
A student will not be permitted to attend any session in which their payment is in arrears prior to the start of each session.
The student must arrange make-up time for missed sessions with the Program Teacher. Any costs associated with make-up time are additional and the full responsibility of the student.
YogYam Yoga reserves the right to withhold certification for the following reasons:
- Payment owing is not be made on time and in full
- Missed sessions have not been rescheduled and attended
- Student is deemed to have not met the requirements of the teacher training
- Assignments and tests are not completed, or submitted on time, or
performed to the satisfaction of the Program Teacher.
