IF YOU ARE APPLYING TO THE FULL SMA TRAINING PROGRAM, please read the following and select Yes or No: I understand that the SMA training program consists of 13 in-person courses, 3 web-courses. For students who want a certificate of completion for the entire training and wish to become a designated SMA™ practitioner, at least 6 consultation sessions with faculty in addition to completing the courses and homework are required. Cost of faculty private sessions are in addition to training costs.*

REGISTRATION FAQS: Upon acceptance of your registration, $50 of your payment is a non-refundable, non-transferable enrollment fee. If your registration is not accepted you will receive a full refund. CANCELLATION: If your cancellation is received at least 15 days before the start date of the event, you will receive a full refund, less the $50 fee. Cancellation on or after the start date of a course results in complete forfeiture of your registration fee. In the event we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
