BUSKER GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
Cirque du Floyd
Chantilly Farm strives to maintain a positive and mutually beneficial relationship with all performers who choose to participate in our events. The following guidelines are meant to serve the best interest of all involved. This is the first year for Cirque du Floyd, and we anticipate this event growing significantly in the future, which could mean a lot more opportunities for you as a performer!
All buskers must be on-site and parked by 3:00 pm August 19, 2017. During set up times, please quickly unload your vehicle and move it to the designated parking area.
Chantilly Farm is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damages during the course of this event.
Buskers are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and accounting for any state or local taxes.
Buskers are not allowed to bring pets of any kind on site during this event. Registered guide dogs are the only exception.
Wi-fi connectivity is available, however we do not guarantee speed or suitable bandwidth.
Buskers are welcome to choose a spot on which to busk. Please keep pathways clear and remember to make it a safe spot for your audience…not spilling out onto the road, etc. Measures will be enforced if necessary to keep everyone safe. No busking will be permitted next to the sideshow stage or aerial rig, or too close to other performers or areas where sound spill is an issue.
Please set yourself a maximum of 30 minutes at each busking site to allow other buskers to perform.
