Business Showcase and Lunch & Learn request form

Thank you for your interest in hosting YOUR Business Showcase presentation.

A Business Showcase is an opportunity for you to promote your business in a presentation, seminar, or workshop using the Chamber conference room. Presenters are encouraged to advertise and promote their business during this presentation which can last between one and two hours.

The Chamber provides:

Use of the Chamber conference room for up to two hours
Coffee and water
The creation of your Business Showcase digital flyer to help you market your showcase (provided as a .jpg and .pdf)
Inclusion in one Chamber e-mail blast to help you get the word out about your Business Showcase
Directional signage on the day of your Business Showcase

As the Host You Provide:

Your audience - The Chamber will create the marketing materials as outlined above, but please note that it is the responsibility of the Business Showcase host to distribute the information to potential guests. Guests do not have to be Chamber members – Think greater than this network!
Refreshments if desired and any paper goods/utensils

Standard: $50 (during business hours-see below for after hours pricing)
Premier Marketing Package: add $49
For an additional $49 above the Standard Package, the chamber will include an e-xlcusive (a $99 Value) which is distributed to an audience of over 2,700 people including Chamber members, reps, and community members who have opted into our emails. The Chamber will also provide you with 50 printed color copies of your digital flyer. (8.5 x 11 one sided)

Cost:

$50 during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday)
$75 after hours (before 8 AM and after 5 PM Monday – Friday, no earlier than 7 AM and no later than 7:30 PM)
$50 per hour on weekends (during the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM only)

Once you submit this form, the chamber staff will evaluate your topic, and we will contact you to let you know if your topic is approved and what dates we have available.
