Lesson Fees:

-Private lessons are $42.50 for half hour, $63.75 for 45 mins and $85 an hour. -Group lessons are 15$ every two weeks.

Start Suzuki undertakes to treat the information included in this form as confidential. It will only be made available on a need-to know basis to relevant teachers, and emergency response personnel.
Payment Policies:

1. Non-refundable registration payment must be submitted with this form in cash or cheque. (There is no registration fee for returning students)

2. Payments: Are due on The first day of each month. A late fee of 25$ will be added if fee is not paid after 5 days past the due date.

3. Method of Payment: Cash, cheques, E-transfers and online payments are accepted please make e-tranfers to startsuzukimusic@gmail.com

4. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for lessons missed by the student. Lessons missed by the teacher will be made up on a schedule mutually acceptable to teacher and student. Lessons missed by the teacher can also be made up by a substitute teacher at the regular lesson time/location at the discretion of the private teacher.

5. Withdrawal: Should a parent decide to interrupt their child’s musical studies mid-month, fees for the remaining weeks of lessons in the month are not refunded.

6. NSF Payments: All NSF (bounced cheque) payments are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
