At Impact Maryland Real Estate, we take what we do and the manner in which we serve and protect our clients very seriously.  I hope you've invested the time necessary to read and research our documented approach from our book - 'The Psychological Approach to Sell Real Estate' and our Core Beliefs to shed some light onto our company and our approach to selling real estate. Net/net, every current and future team member at Impact Maryland Real Estate, chooses to operate as so much more than just a typical real estate agent.

    Impact Maryland Real Estate is not your typical real estate brokerage. Our focus is not on the number of houses we sell or how much money we make. Instead we are focused on our greater purpose – to create a movement that makes a lasting positive impact on our community. Helping people buy and sell houses is merely the vehicle that we use to fuel that larger purpose.
