Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due within 30 days from invoice date. Partnership may be subject to cancellation for payment not received within 30 days. Space contact as listed will be the primary invoice recipient.
December 4, 2020 is the final date that a cancellation letter must be received by NACDS to cancel a Sponsor’s / Strategic Partner's participation. Sponsorship / Strategic Partnership fees for cancellations received in writing by December 4, 2020 will be refunded in full (less 10% administrative fee). Cancellations received in writing after December 4, 2020 will not be refunded. Sponsors / Strategic Partners who fail to attend forfeit the entire partnership fee. Sponsor / Strategic Partner agrees to the full Conference Rules and Regulations.
Please note:
Contributions to NACDS are not deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
