• ASC Registration - Pre/StarSkate Program

Please complete the form below to register. One form must be completed per skater. If you have any questions, please email us at: info@ayrskatingclub.com.
  • Step 1: Skater & Parent Information

  •
  • The primary method of communication between the Ayr Skating Club and our members is email. We send approx. 1-2 emails per month to our membership. The information we send may include (but is not limited to): important program updates, schedule changes, emergency closures, club news, special event information, fundraising activities, registration opening, etc. Some of our messages may be classified as Commercial Electronic Messages under Canada's Anti-Spam Law (CASL). All of our messages are written and sent by a member of our volunteer board (we do not use 3rd parties, marketing companies, or bots to send our communications). We do not sell or share our membership email lists with other parties. We hope that you will provide your consent to receive our email messages but also understand and respect your privacy if you prefer not to. If you do not give consent or withdraw your consent you will be solely responsible for checking the ASC website (www.ayrskatingclub.com) for important program updates, club news, events, etc.

You may update your contact preferences (subscribe or unsubscribe) at any time using our Contact Preferences Update Form. You may also use this form to add additional email addresses in your household to our mailing list. Please note that subscribe/unsubscribe requests may take up to 10 days to process (as they are processed manually by our volunteers). Should you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@ayrskatingclub.com.

  • Step 2: Program Options and Fees

  • Note: Coaching fees are included in Pre StarSkate program. For StarSkate, additional coaching fees (paid directly to your coach) are applicable.

Note2: three and four days/week StarSkate programs include access to Daytime Program Ice Sessions. If you wish to use Daytime Ice Sessions, please make arrangements with your coach.

  • Step 3: Volunteer Commitment and Donation

  • Volunteer Commitment

The Ayr Skating Club (ASC) is a non-profit organization, which relies on volunteers to help run our programs, special events, and fundraising activities throughout the skating year. Our program fees cover only a portion of the cost of our programs and we rely heavily on fundraising throughout the year to keep our programs operating and affordable. All skating families are required to complete a volunteer commitment per skater. Examples of volunteer activities include: bringing treats to theme days (muffins, cookies, pop), chaperone a Youth Dance, donating treats (chocolate bars, pop, chips) or door prizes (gift cards) for a Youth dance, supporting the Ice Show/Gala (preparing the set, set up and tear down on the day of the ice show, selling raffle tickets, selling flowers, chaperoning each skating group during the ice show, etc.), selling an additional Ontario Skaters' Promotional Contest booklet.
  • Donations

As a not-for-profit organization, the ASC welcomes all voluntary donations to assist with either our club operation or our skater bursary. Donors will be recognized on our website for their generous contribution.
