- To reserve a private transfer, please select your preferred vehicle and provide your flight details.
- A minimum of 48 hours advance booking is required.
- Full prepayment is required in advance.
- A secure payment link will be sent by the hotel upon receiving your request.
- Transfer confirmation, along with the designated airport meeting point, will be provided once full payment is received.
- Cancellation or amendment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
- In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, the limousine transfer will be charged in full.
- Leaving the pick-up location without informing the hotel will be considered a “No-Show” and will incur full charges.
- For departure transfers (hotel to airport), please advise your preferred pick-up time.
