  • Bow of the Month Subscriptions

    Each month there will be a surprise bow sent out to BOM subscribers! It's a fun opportunity to get bows you may not pick during a drop and also a fun way to try new sizes!

  • If you are completing this form, you are doing one of the following things:

    • Authorizing Southern Adoornments to charge a monthly subscription in exchange for a bow valued at a minimum of $12.00 per month and the shipping costs associated with your purchase (CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS ONLY!);
    • Signing up for the Bow of the Month Waitlist.  You will not be charged until you become an active subscriber and move off the waitlist.  (You will be notified on Facebook and by email);
    • Changing your BOM preferences (CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS ONLY!); OR
    • Canceling your subscription.

  • CURRENT BOM SUBSCRIBERS!

    If you are not a current subscriber, please use the back button and adjust your status so you are completing the correct section of the form. :)

  • Congratulations!! You are officially a BOM subscriber! Please complete the information below to authorize SoAd to charge your monthly subscription fee. Double check your hardware and shipping preferences before continuing. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email with your choices (so you can double check again). If along the way you need to alter any of your BOM data, please resubmit the form and select "Change my BOM preferences" from the status menu.

  • Please review the items below and make your changes.  Please remember if you are wanting to add an additional subscription, you must add yourself to the Wait List and wait for your turn (once you make the active list for that subscription, you can update your subscription amount to be billed altogether).  Hardware changes or shipping preferences can be adjusted below.

  • PAYMENT

    Please select your subscription below. By doing so, you are authorizing Southern Adoornments to charge your Paypal account monthly unless you choose to cancel. In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to complete this form again and select "Cancel my Subscription, please" from the status menu. Please remember, if you cancel your subscription, you will have to rejoin the waitlist to be added back.

      Welcome to the Wait List! Each month a few folks fall off the active subscription list and on occasion, Nikki ups the number of subscriptions she'll take! You will be notified within the Facebook group as well as by email when it is your turn to join the subscription. At that point, you will need to complete this form again selecting the status change to current subscriber. As always, if you have any questions along the way, drop an email to southernadoornments@yahoo.com.
