I agree to pay the amount of $250.00 for one 10x10 space for the weekend, which will include 2 tickets for the Music Festival. If you require a larger space, please contact Joanne - price will change accordingly. This payment will be due 48 hours after receiving notification of acceptance into the market.I agree that Sunday is an optional day - I can open if I wish, or pack up on Saturday night. I will let you know that the sales on Sunday morning have, in the past, been very successful with 'last minute shoppers'. But I know the majority of you want to pack up Saturday night (or earlyish Sunday morning)I agree that Thursday is an optional day for sales. I will let you know that I came down last year (the first time they had Thursday night BYOB Gardens with entertainment) to set up, and could hardly keep up with sales as I was getting things out of boxes lol. Note - I will be setting up much earlier this year. If you wish to set up Thursday, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.I agree that there will only be 1 business/boothI agree that there will be only 2 vendors (people)/boothI agree that this is non-refundable (special circumstances on a one-to-one basis). No refunds because of weatherI agree that my booth will be open for business Friday 3:00 until the start of the headliner (approximately 8:00 p.m.), and Saturday 10:00 a.m. until the start of the headliner (approximately 7:30 p.m.) Headliners are 'supposed' to start on time, but sometimes circumstances throughout the day cause it to be later. PLEASE NOTE!! Kevin has added pancake breakfasts to the schedule both Friday morning and Saturday mornings, so you may want to come earlier than this 'official' start time. Completely optional, but I'm trying to make it as profitable for y'all as I can, so if you can you might as well take advantage of those early bird shoppers!I understand that I may: open earlier if I wish (people come up to 2 hours before the concert starts - in fact they start wandering around mid-morning on Friday), and/or stay open later if I wish - to listen to the headliner and/or 'beer gardens' band and perhaps catch some last minute sales. Set up will begin on Friday at 9:00 a.m. (or Thursday with previous notice)I understand that if I wish to camp, I will have to contact Ol' MacDonald's Resort at 403-742-6603. Camping fee is not included in this price.I understand that if I wish to purchase extra tickets (over and above my registered 2 vendors), that I will have to contact Ol' MacDonald's Resort at 403-742-6603, and that I must pay full price for any additional tickets.I agree to follow all rules and regulations as posted by Management and Owners.

**These times may be subject to change as the time draws nearer and Kevin makes any changes - he has been known to add an earlier act on Friday... Vendors will be notified as quickly as I can!**
